The main feature of Pixi is its ability to completely transform throughout the day thanks to biodynamic light scenarios. During the day, the restaurant exudes calm and light, creating the perfect atmosphere for business lunches and business meetings. In the evening, Pixi transforms into a cozy restaurant with dimmed lights and media art installations on natural themes. Later in the evening, Pixi becomes a club with a special atmosphere.
We emphasized naturalness in the concept of the restaurant. For example, clouds with the sunset are projected on the wall with bas-relief, and the ceiling also recreates this state of the evening sky and cloud movement with media light and soft flows.
We selected the content in such a way that it changes like the weather - from tropical rain to African sunset.
A special emphasis of the restaurant's design is Cloud, our sculpture that lives with the space, pulsating with light. And the projection for the bas-relief was created specifically for this restaurant, where each leaf was hand-drawn by our designers, and for this we even created a digital 3D model of the wall with all the details.
And that's not all! Later in the evening, Pixi becomes a club with a special atmosphere. DJs' performances are accompanied by generative and sound-reactive graphics on the art wall, which changes in accordance with the music. Before the party starts, the lights go out and a real "thunderstorm" begins - with dark clouds, fog, laser lightning and thunder sounds.
We have developed special Expolight Instruments luminaires and a web-based application for controlling lighting and installations based on the Expolight Cloud Control System. It allows you to control lighting elements from anywhere in the world.
